Upon presentation of your e-invoice, we will be happy to refund unused, unused merchandise returned in its original packaging within 15 days of receiving an e-mail confirming your purchase at Boutique Bicycles Cadence. Any refund will be made in the same form as the original payment. Delivery charges and oversized items that may have been billed to you during your online purchase will not be refunded.
If you opt for a return to the Bicycle Shop Cadence store, please refer to the Return Instructions. The postmark affixed to the return packaging will be considered the return date. Boutique Bicycles Cadence is not responsible for the shipping, handling, packing and other charges for merchandise returned to the store's warehouse.
We will be happy, upon presentation of your electronic invoice, to exchange the new, unused and returned merchandise in its original packaging within 15 days of receipt of an email confirming your purchase at the Cadence Bicycle Shop. No exchange will be possible directly at the store Cadence Bikes Store.
The following products can not be refunded or exchanged: shorts, socks, underwear and helmets. Warranty
It will be our pleasure, upon presentation of your electronic invoice, to repair or exchange any defective merchandise at Boutique Vélos Cadence. This warranty does not cover abuse, accidental breakage and normal wear and tear. Details in store.
